In case of irreversible damage to internal tissue of the tooth (pulp) it is necessary to apply the endodontic treatment (i.e. root canal treatment). At our clinic the treatment is always done with the use of local anesthetics and leveraging modern equipment including operation microscope.  Because of that we can save more healthy tooth tissue and reliably clean tooth canals. This can even allows us to avoid the loss of the tooth that would otherwise be inevitable.
